"The manager lacked good customer service. I came in to get a tire change 35 minutes before they closed, and he basically was telling me they are about to close and he can't do it. All the employees were just standing around and there wasn't any other customer. I had to tell them I would tip extra money until someone on the staff decided to do the work. They finished with my tire change 5 mins after the closing time. We waisted 10 mins going back and forth because he wanted to shut the store down earlier. The staff was actually nice, but the manager from the NYC made the entire experience difficult."
