"Today was my first time at Tires of berea I went in for a wheel alignment. It was honestly a great experience Bill was a pleasure to deal with. Tim who worked on my vehicle explained the process and concern for one the the sway links that was loose. But he took care of it and gave me piece of mind. Billy the other technician was also friendly. The whole experience was very welcoming the only negative part that had nothing to do with the professionalism of this establishment was a customer come in with an awful attitude about a tire that was purchased there 2 weeks ago. But Bill and billy were calmly trying to work out the issue but that customer was negative and left. They handle the situation professionally and respectfully kudos… thank you again"
"Tony is fake nice and the mechanic has an attitude problem. They are looking to prove you wrong and then rub it in your face. Not a good way to keep business. Never going back and I will tell everyone else I know that this place is awful"
