"These guys actually listened to me! I brought my vehicle to Fairway Ford and told them the issue, I was sent home being assured nothing was wrong. There months later the issue got worse and cost other repairs. I brought it to these guys and they were able to troubleshoot the issue for me. I would definitely work with this particular store again!"
"Place used to be really good. They’ve recently overhauled the staff and it’s just an upsell steal your money mechanics shop now. Was told my brake pads were “paper thin” while having my oil changed. Told me that the brakes would be $465. Told them I’d take care of it. Took it to a local home town tire/brake shop. Said my brakes are fine and had at least 20k miles left. This shop is now off my list of go to’s. All 4 of my cars were serviced by Goodyear but not anymore."
"Went in to just get my battery replaced. They came back with a whole list of issues (one of them being new tires) which came to a $1,300 bill. Mind you I had absolutely no issues with my car except the battery going low. But, I gave them the go to proceed & fix what they “found”. Three to four days later after this visit, I get a warning on my dashboard that the air pressure in my tire is running low. I pull over to put air in & before I even get the cap completely off the tire, air begins to shoot out at a rapid pace. Luckily there was a Jiffy Lube not to far from where I pulled over, so I slowly drove there to have them take a look. What they found was that the stem had been broken off, which was why I was loosing air pressure. Luckily they fixed it for me & checked every tire to make sure they were okay free of charge. I’M NEVER TAKING MY VEHICLE TO GOODYEAR AGAIN."
