You do not know how someone's day is going and you decided on the position to work with servicing costumers. You are that businesses initial impression and so far I am disappointed. Dr. Fritzsch was great in ER department!"

"Appointments with Kelly are always professional and friendly. I waited until she was available just for that reason. Please remind her to contact me about the adaptor for Bluetooth that I need and she was going to try to locate for me."

"First I get all the way downtown, for them to tell me that their walk in clinic isn’t accepting new patients today, but the northeast office is, and so I called the northeast office and the guy on the phone said that Victoria Robertson said she would see me today at the downtown office and I’m like okay downtown correct? And he said yes downtown, so I went back inside that office for them to see the email and then say yes I see the email do you have an appointment and I said no she said she would see me in the walk in clinic and then 2 other women said she’s not here today she’s at the northeast office, so I go back outside call the northeast office and say hey I just talked with someone that said they can see me today and accepting new patients I just wanted to double check before I come to the northeast office, and they said we don’t have a walk in clinic, we can schedule an appointment for another day. It would just be nice if the downtown office told me the walk in clinic was closed on Fridays, instead they said they are open Fridays, and for me to go there, and I just wasted my time. Would of been better off going to the minute clinic."

"Everyone was very polite from beginning to the end. I was wanting to be seen by Dr. P who did the surgery the day before. After going back the medical assistant Ty asked if I wanted her to remove my packing? I gave her the opportunity and she did a great job. I did see Dr. P for my first treatment and agreed to my next one with his PA. Even at check out the young lady was proficient."

"Went in as a walk in patient on 1/9/24. Palmetto Pediatrics sent me to this group for my grandsons impacted right ear. Hands down exceptional service! Great experience from the check in/check out! The doctor was very professional and made my 7 yr old grandson feel very much at ease. The doctor had his scripts called into CVS before I finished check out! This will be the only ENT group my grandson will go to in the future. Thank you for the kindness & compassion from todays visit!"
