"On 7/26/23 at 2:15 I needed lug nuts for my car they are trying to charge me $128. I told them I can put them on myself then the manager said they was gone call the police and I can’t get my car back. I went to in today for a diagnosis for my car they told me it would be $19 . Then said if it is simple I will tell you if not we can add to the labor. Jawon and dan the district manager is the one who told me he would call police. As a war veteran that has been to Afghanistan twice for this country. This was the worst experience ever. I’ve been coming to the same location for 2 years and never had a problem. Then after I paid they didn’t give me a receipt. Strange"
