"This review goes out to the entire staff and patients insind the Moreland Medical Center on Tuesday January 17, 2022 around 11:00 AM. I had an appointment with Dr. Charles Smith at the time. He’s been my physician for many years and is simply great but that’s not the reason for this post. At approximately 11:00 AM while waiting to see my doctor, the fire alarm, flashing lights etc. went off. This is 3 story building with 2 elevators and a single staircase. Observing a fair number of elderly individuals who were using walkers, canes and even wheelchairs, I decided to stay back to see if I could help make certain they were the first to get out. I have to give the highest praise to the staff and especially the patients for there absolute calm and orderly exit of the building. I believe possibly 100-150 people were out of the building in about 10-15 minutes. Apparently there’s truth in the adage “with age comes wisdom”."

His office reception staff are pleasant and good natured. I am privileged to have Dr. Snyder as my primary care physician."

"Dr. McLain is an excellent doctor. He is also an excellent listener, but one who also creates an atmosphere that is very comforting for a patient. I never felt that he was rushed to finish the appointment. Over the years, I have raised a number of health concerns, and he has always suggested treatments that have been effective. On many occasions, he has suggested the names of doctors with different specialties that were excellent choices."

"Dr. Snyder has been my primary care physician for the past eighteen years, so I know what I am saying when I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. He is professional, courteous and competent, and I have never felt that he was too busy to spend as much time with me as I wanted or needed. I always feel that he truly cares about my health and well-being. I'm not someone who likes to go to the doctor, but I ALMOST look forward to going to see Dr. Snyder. And when he is not practicing medicine, he is a helluva fisherman!"

"Charles Smith MD has been my primary physician for 8 years and I have no desire to change. Beyond his clear medical skills, it is his demeanor that distinguishes him. A calm, controlled conversationalist, I suspect he relaxes even the most energized patient.
