"Gabby, Kristen, and Eliza were all so sweet and helpful when I brought my twin 4 year olds and 7 year old in for flu shots. This experience is usually nothing short of traumatic for all parties (including adults), but the three staff members distracted the kids with their kind cheerful songs, smiles, and attitudes and rewarded them from a treasure box.
