"I waited 7 months to get an appointment here, ended up being late to my appointment, but I tried to call to let them know, and no one answered the phone. I get there and was told I can no longer make an appointment, the doctor will not see me EVER. It's places like this that exacerbate the joke that is American healthcare."

"This is absolutely the most outstanding group of Primary Care Physicians in the city of Charleston. Dr. Chandler Todd is exemplary both professionally and personally and he manifests the traits to which every physician should aspire! He is compassionate, a good listener, and encourager, and is very thorough with his diagnoses (without being alarming). His nurse Tomeka is delightful, too! I always feel better when I am leaving than when I first arrive! I have also had the occasion of being seen by the other doctors in the practice (Pagan and Busby) if I have had to visit on one of Dr. Chandler Todd's off days. The office staff is phenomenal and Shakeira and Jo are absolutely wonderful. I have never made a call to that office for my mother or me and had to wait for an appointment. I am greeted affably and am always made to feel important. I have even gotten to know the office manager, Dana, because she make it a point to wave or to smile as I walk by her office!
