"Stay as far away from this company as you can. They are crooks. I ordered a full set of brakes for my 2017 Ford Explorer but they didn't fit - no problem right? So you would think, they would not take them back. They have been completely ignoring my many attempts to contact them through email, phone, and web form. All I'm asking for is a return of a brand new set and a refund. The worst business I've ever dealt with."

"SCAM PRODUCTS! Save yourself from stress. These guys are selling fake hand painted cheap "Car Quest" brakes as Disc Italia. Sent all items back and they are refusing to pay. Cost me nearly $1000. John Montgomery and team are part of the rip off. Sent in thin cheap used paper boxes and were damaged on arrival. Waste of time and no customer service."

"FAKE BREMBOS! DO NOT BUY BREMBO PRODUCTS FROM THEM! Ordered a "Brembo" Caliper from them and it isn't real. The Part numbers do not match up. The paint is chipping off as I take is out of the box. The "BREMBO" lettering on the caliper are stickers. The pistons are far different from the actual Brembo caliper. There are supposed to be two bleeder valves but the one they gave me only has one. The picture they show is different from what I received. Lastly, real Brembos come with "Brembo" engraved on the inside of the caliper."

"Not impressed, pretty unhappy with the service and product. Ordered rotors and didn’t receive them in a timely matter. Called in and took a day to get ahold of customer service. Was told my rotors were lost and that they’ll send out another set. Had to call a second time and remind them to send them out 5 days later. 15 days after ordering I got my rotors. They came in a very beat up box and the boxes not matching. I sent an email with my honest feedback on the whole deal and never got a reply. Just installed the rotors and they are warped worse than the ones I replaced them with. JUNK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. They weren’t cheep either, pretty unhappy."
