"Have been trying to secure an appointment - with a nurse - not my doctor, for three days (calling multiple times per day) in a row. I have been told each time that I would receive a call back from a nurse. Nothing. This is such a poorly run practice. The doctors have always been first rate. First Dr. Victorica, now Dr. Bozik; again, first rate. The administrative staff . . . ridiculously underqualified. If this were any other type of business they would have closed their doors a long time ago."

"Been going to this practice for years and years with no problems until recently. Hard to reach staff by telephone. Office Manager, Cree is rude and difficult. She is not helpful when you really need assistance. Took over 2 months for them to approve my medication through my insurance company. Although Dr. Bozik has been an attentive Doctor, recently, she has not met all of my medical needs. If you request a telephone call from her, she will not return your phone call and leaves it to Cree the office Manager, who again, is difficult. This office used to be very well run. Unfortunately, not anymore."
