Batteries Plus

"Bought 3 new batteries there in Feb 2023 and it's Dec 2023, one or more has dead cells in it and have to be recharged every day to operate my tow truck. After contacting Batteries +, they advised me that I have to bring the batteries there and leave them for two or three days to see which one or more is bad, and I should have read the fine print on the reciept. (What a joke!). hence, causing me to be down for 3 days. Check your warrenty policy if you plan on needing your batteries and can't be down for 3 days."

"Bought 2 batteries online for my diesel and scheduled the pick up and free install. When I arrived, the batteries were pulled and ready. The individual that greeted me immediately grabbed the batteries and the install tool cart as we walked back outside. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. In and out within minutes. Definitely my go to place from now on!!!"

"Terrible attitude and customer service given over the phone. Michael has 0 interest in being helpful and actually sighed audibly twice on a 1 minute phone call. I stated I was looking for two batteries, and asked would he like the specs on the battery or model #'s. SILENCE.......SIGH, model # is fine. Great off to a good start. I gave the model # and he stated they don't have that model and cannot get it for several weeks. I asked if he could look at a photo of the battery and offer a replacement in the brands they sell. NO. Ok...... moving on. I gave the model of the next battery and before I could finish speaking he says, we don't have that. I said, what is your name, SIGH.......Michael. Thanks for your help and hung up. Here is the best part, a few minutes after getting off the phone I plug in the second model # on the website, get a result, and it shows in stock at their store. Don't waste your time calling, their staff doesn't know their own product and are too lazy to exert any effort in their job."
