"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I dropped my vehicle off to have a tire replaced and paid for the services in advance as I planned to pick it up after hours. I simply asked them to lock my vehicle, leave the key in the vehicle, and place my spare tire back under the vehicle. Upon my return, I found my vehicle left unlocked, the spare thrown in my vehicle, and the key still in the now locked building. Trying to get back home to Raleigh, NC, you can imagine how I felt at the time. After sitting in the parking lot for three hours and repeatedly calling them (to reach a full voicemail), the owner showed up and pulled the key from the office. When I addressed my concerns, he took no accountability for his workers’ actions and essentially called me a liar, stating that he locked the vehicle. He and the other manager were very rude and treated my situation as if it were not important. If you want good quality service and a team of employees and management that will tend to your automotive needs, this is not the place!"
