"Apart from not having a part I needed in stock, the counter person was not very knowledgeable about another part i needed. He had no idea where to look in the computer to find the part, also tried to get me to purchase a part which was much too heavy for the location it was needed. Not my best experience, usually I have a better experience. Will continue to shop there but not with that particular counter person. I most definitely knew more than he did."
