"I went to this Advances Auto Parts because I needed a new car battery. I asked which ones I needed and they directed me to a DieHard battery. I thought this battery was expensive, the lady working there told me that this was the best price I’ll find ($232). So I bought it. The employee went to install the battery and said that he couldn’t do. He said it was too close to the firewall. So I returned the battery and went home and watched a 5 mins video on how to change my battery. I went to Costco and got a 3 year Interstate battery from Costco for $109 (pretax). Installed it within 5 mins. It was so simple, I can’t believe the guy from Advanced Auto parts couldn’t do it. It baffles me, this was my first time changing a car battery. Definitely not going back there… ever… she lied to me about a $232 battery being the best price and an auto parts employee couldn’t even change a battery."

"Terrible service irresponsible workers, they sold me the wrong head light bulb, I walked in 5 min later because I was switching the bulbs in the Advance Auto Part’s parking lot , and apparently u can’t return a bulb even tho it was the wrong one sold to you. The manager then proceeded to find the right light bulb and turns out is was even cheaper then the wrong one I bought 5 minutes before. Keep in mind the bulb was completely unopened and still sealed when I asked to return it because they sold me the wrong part. Very disappointed with the service got scammed stay away from this place!!!"

"Can not figure out how to measure a wiper blade. After looking it up in the computer, finding two sizes...totally baffled. If there is a zombie apocalypse you can be safe here. They are mindless."

"This place has been around for the longest of any auto parts store in Boiling Springs! This was the only place to come when I was a kid. Solid option for an auto parts store if you are in need of something! I don’t hesitate to come here if there is something I need!!! Give them a try! They typically have competitive pricing!"

"Adam, was not helpful at all. This was my worst shopping experience in years.I purchased two windshield wiper with her and she installed a wrong size. Ofc, the wiper blade overlapped and didint worked and i went inside the store and she said she dont know why its overlapping cannot help it. I asked can you replace with the right size. She said she can not because i didnt have a recepit. It was like 2 minutes i purchased with her and ofcourse i didnot have a receipt because she didnt gave me a paper receipt. But i had it on my email. I had to insist several times. The other dude helped replacing it. I havent seen this poor customer service in advance auto parts till now.
