"I ordered a battery online and input my car info in and it said the battery would fit. Picked it up and it doesn’t fit. I took it back less than 30 minutes to exchange and the sales manager immediately gets an attitude and told me “that’s the one you ordered.” Then proceeds to return and tell me I’m not sure how your bank works with returning fund so you may have to wait, insinuating I’m broke and didn’t have the money. Waited for her to finish, left and went to O’Reilly’s where they had much better customer service."
