"DR. JORDAN IS A DOCTOR THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS/BABIES. WHEN YOU GO FOR YOUR CHECK UP HE DONT JUST CHECK YOU OUT AND SEND YOU ON YOUR MERRY WAY. HE ASK QUESTIONS AND SEE DO YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS AFTER. BEST DOCTOR EVER"
"Dr Jordan and staff was great when appointments at his office was booked .I arrived on time and was seen in a timely manner no long wait . He went over my procedure and made sure that I understood what was happening. I give the staff at Doctors Hospital a job well done in day surgery also ."
"When I first took my pregnancy test at home and it was positive, I was so nervous. I called Dr. Jordan to make an appointment, and since I was only a few weeks, the appointment was scheduled for about 2 weeks out. During this time, one evening, I started spotting and got worried. I went to the emergency room, and the doctor there told me "There's a sac, but no baby. You need a D&C. We can do it now." I immediately started crying and said I didn't want to get the procedure at the time and that I'd get my ob to do it. I called Dr. Jordan's office when they first opened the next morning and explained the situation. They were SO mad at the doctor in the ER because I was only about 4-5 weeks pregnant, which was too soon to really see anything. Dr. Jordan put me on a medication to help prevent a miscarriage and I carried a healthy baby until 40 weeks and 3 days. He is 15 now and every time I think about that doctor in the ER, I get mad thinking about how I could have lost him if I followed her advice. Fast forward a few years and I get pregnant again, but I have a different insurance. I thought it would be easier if I stayed in Aiken, so I went to a doctor here, who told me I was carrier for Cystic Fibrosis and that I needed all of these extensive tests done. I freaked out again, regretted my decision, and called Dr. Jordan. He told me that I am a carrier for CF, but that doesn't mean my baby would have it. He said we could do the testing if I wanted to, but with my history, he didn't think it was necessary. This pregnancy was a bit different because I was induced at 39 weeks due to my baby being really big; Dr. Jordan didn't want me to have to have a c-section, so we induced. The delivery went well, and my 9 pounder was as healthy as could be! Dr. Jordan was joking around with us and made us all feel comfortable. Fast forward 10 years, I had been going to another doctor, and then after losing my insurance, I went to an income based clinic. In June of 2021, I started having some issues that caused my IUD to fall out. I called the doctor at the clinic and he said "Well that's a bummer." I ended up calling my cousin who is a nurse to get her opinion, and she calmed me down. I called Dr. Jordan the next day and got an appointment with him. I ended up needing a partial hysterectomy, which Dr. Jordan performed. Dr. Jordan has a lot of bad reviews, but I personally have never had a bad experience with him, and would recommend him to anyone. Yes, there is always a long wait at his office, but there's also a long wait at other doctor's offices. I don't mind waiting a bit longer for Dr. Jordan! I always just know to go prepared and take a book/my phone/something to occupy my time until I'm seen."
