"16 years in America , was the best doctors appointment I had . All the doubt, the doctor explain to me . Since front desk , nurse and the doctor . I give 1.000 for each one . Thanks"
"Dr. McDonald is a quack.. She lied from one visit to the other complete lack of bedside manner I did not get the treatment I came for. I felt like she was just trying to push me out the door yet she wanted to do bloodwork for my primary care doctor I don’t think so and I don’t believe she should be trying to treat me from other medical conditions that she does not specialize in she’s only interested in women who are already pregnant am I opinion I would not advise anyone to go to her there’s millions of other doctors out there you can go to and I plan to go to only the best"
"If I can give zero stars I would This office is very unprofessional, inconsiderate and illegal. After my experience with the nurses telling me I would have 12 OBs on standby is mind blowing, so there was about 4 different nurses I seen but when scheduled front desk told me I will see an OB the following day but instead I was seen by a nurse, the staff act as if they are all certified nurses but do not know the difference between yes and no. One nurse had her assistant in the room who kept interjecting herself into the nurse and I Q&A as if she lived or know my health. Long story short Ladies it’s worth finding a doctor or facility that will become apart of you and your baby life. No wonder SC state have the worst medical record for surviving BLACK WOMEN AFTER BIRTH."
"Unfortunately I haven’t been super impressed with this office as a whole. I have been a patient here for a couple of years and this is my first pregnancy. There are many complexities of dealing with women’s care during a pandemic so I can grant the staff and doctors some grace, but the care and organization seems somewhat concerning. They seem regularly overbooked and understaffed many of the times I have gone in. As a result the doctor (which can change every time you go in), seems to rush in and out. If your baseline numbers are good you could spend as little as about 3-5 mins. This seems like it would be a reassuring, but it’s not when it’s your first pregnancy and there isn’t a whole lot of talk about what to expect as your pregnancy progresses, what care will look like, or even just checking to see how you are emotionally/mentally. There also isn’t a lot of engagement such as, “how ya feeling?” as they face the computer to type in numbers. I leave wondering if everything is truly OK and if they have a good grasp on my situation. The staff is usually rushed and seems scattered, and they just seem to be under supported. Based off of this experience I don’t know that’ll I will be looking to stay with this office going forward. I hope client support/services is clued into these reviews."
"Dr. Misty Sawyer is the best Womens Care Dr I have ever met! You meet her and her nurse with your clothes on first, and really get to know and appreciate the people who work in this practice! I have been sending all my girlfriends and family to her, and they love her too!"
