"Don’t get me wrong it’s s a good place but the staff are very very corrupt. They bully and make fun of the kids in there and it’s disgusting how they get treated. In my honest opinion it’s very poorly operated."
"So far they are really helping my sons behavior and attitude issues a lot. He is changing in good ways I can see in the last 7 days. Counselor is a great fit for my son."
"This is not a good place to send your child. The staff does not listen to the concerns of the child nor the parent they don't follow proper protocol. They tell your child they are not allowed to ask questions which is everyone's right freedom of speech. When you ask to speak to the CEO they give you the run-around over the phone the Project Director Anna is very rude. If something is going on with your child they don't bother to call you and inform you of what's going on. Be very weary of this place!!!"
"This is a great place. The staff are amazing, and become lifelong mentors."
"Have been to this place 2 years ago and it's by far the worst place i have been to. They falsely advertise this group home and call it an "independent living" place....NOT TRUE! The staff are demeanoring to the clients and make fun of the clients problems. I have also been hearing rumors of the staff extorting the clients into paying their hard earned money to stay there which is ILLEGAL. Also the staff make u late to work on purpose and because of them I've lost every single job I had when i was there. Please if u have any loved ones DO NOT send them to this living NIGHTMARE! The staff are also very RACIST against the white clients and often made racial slurs. This place is also NOT an LGBTQ friendly place as they make fun of the clients sexual preferences and make HOMOPHOBIC comments and derogatory slurs towards those who choose to live differently. TERRIBLE PLACE i would NOT reccommend to ANYONE EVER! This place needs to be investigated by DSS itself. Something needs to be done for the mistreatment of clients at this place."
