"Love this place! Great, large selection of all kinds of books for all ages, in-store and online. Love especially the large bargain section ;). Friendly employees and managers that are usually more than willing to help find things, look in their database, and/or answer questions. Delicious drinks and snacks. Awesome shirts, toys, music, movies, and much more. Always clean. Huge parking lot. Their Millionaire membership is more than worth the annual fee. It even comes with a bunch of one-time-use coupons that don't expire, every time we renew. Standard online shipping is free (a few items, such as from the marketplace, do charge a small shipping fee, though), and 10% is applied to all orders, in addition to discounts already online. The constant in-store deals for members and non-members are just as awesome! Conveniently attached to the mall. We always make sure to go through BAM first and last on our trips to the mall. So glad for their overflow/secondhand store, too, 2nd n Charles in Greenville."

"Great selection of books, cards, gifts, kitsch, and the like. Nice helpful but not overbearing staff. I always see them being nice to kids. Coffee shop in back always has friendly employees. I do wish they offered a military discount and I would shop here more often. Competitive prices. Saw some coasters here that I'd been eyeballing on amazon for 9.99, 7.99 here. Deals to be found."

"Lovely place. There is a coffee shop attached with very reasonable prices for the beverages. I like to take my son here to read in the same way that we might visit a library. Sadly Amazon is almost always cheaper to buy books at, with the Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition monster manual costing almost twice as much here than online. I like to support brick and mortars but this was just egregious."
