"I had my son’s birthday party here today, we spent roughly $400. There was a lot to do and that was fun but I felt extremely disappointed about how they handled parties considering I spent so much money there. You set a time to arrive but you cannot enter your party room for at least an hour after your set time. My party was set for 12pm and I wasn’t allowed into the room until 2pm. I had little to no time to set up my party stuff and have my guest get to the room before we were rushed out of the room for the next party. My guests had enough time grab pizza and start eating, we hadn’t even gotten to opening presents before they said we had to leave. I think we spend a total of 30 minutes in the room. They charge too much money to be overbooking and giving their customers 30 minutes in their party rooms. I can’t say I recommend spending the extra money to rent out a room. They also mixed up My son’s birthday presents and put them into someone else’s room and we had to walk in there and get our presents back. The pizza was a good size and didn’t taste bad and we had two decent sized pitchers for drinks. Don’t waste your money here."

"I've been twice with my kids now and have had an amazing time both times. Probably the most clean fun you can have anywhere in the whole county. The staff are great and safety seems to be a real focus. I would recommend it to families with kids of all ages and even young couples."

"Seems to be centered around smaller children unlike the other options around, so if you’re an adult this may not be exactly what your looking for. I also seen a couple of safety concerns, I’m going to include a couple of pictures. This place was a mad house when we went, and a disorganized mess it was a Saturday around 4pm. The fray on the first picture is coming in contact with the zip line which is rope. the others are on monkey bars being held up by a piece of paracord, if it had proper knots I’d be ok with it."
