"Tiffany and illey came to my home to demonstrate a demo for a rainbow vacuum cleaner, brought me a gift for allowing them in my home !I purchased the the vacuum cleaner unknowing that Illey had gotten me financed after several attempts through various agencies which consists of credit checks and brought my score a lot lower after he was told my credit was bad at the time . After finally getting me financed he gave false information to the agencey ! I called the finance company and they told me I was in my grace period 3 days-to opt out so I did however they took my vacuum ,free gift and refused to give it back and upon returning the rainbow vacuum cleaner to them in excellent condition I was informed that I had to pay them $75 for the staining of the basin from the product in which I purchased from them !!!!!! So I sit with no vacuum, no free gift for the 2 hour demo and they got $75 ……. So I would NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING A RAINBOW VACCUM CLEANER IN THE FUTURE …Not to mention when you can Google one for $1000 lol but by the time they got done with me my grand total $6000 for a vacuum cleaner !!!!!!!! So for anyone that wants T purchase one of these vacs MARKET PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"HORRIBLE customer service. Tiffany is the most unpleasant and completely unprofessional person I’ve had to deal with. I was told “she does not work for me therefore she doesn’t have to help me” but she is who answers the phone when you call the office? I would 10000% suggest steering clear from this company. NOTE TO ADD: The owner stood to my face and threatened me not to call the police to his practice for refusing to give me my property back. Again I suggest you STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I was threatened several times when I did get my property back because I did call the cops, they took video footage and pictures of my license tag. This entire company is a joke. Most especially the “managers”. I posted a photo of the manager who I have on video threatening me. This man has also called and text me multiple times HARASSING me to remove this review which I refuse to. To add to this managers comment to my review, that is also inaccurate information he posted as you can see public records would show I have never been charged with such thing in my life. This man will go to all measures to protect his company but listen to someone who just today dealt with them. Horrible people. You cannot get someone’s business by threatening them."
