"I’ve been shopping here for my small business regularly for a number of years. Last month I purchased a very expensive hot glue gun ( mainly because it was the only one they had). It lasted 5 weeks, compared with others that have lasted 1-2 years. When I called to ask what might be done for me, they said nothing, unless I purchased a warranty or it was unused and unopened and within 10 days of purchase. Needless to say I will spend my money only at Joann’s or Hobby Lobby. This is policy cannot even be included in the realm of customer service. It’s just a rip-off."

"12/29/23 Update. Removed a star. Pricing in this store is horrible. Does anyone put up sale signs? When I addressed it with girl working she said..I'm just letting you know it's in sale. Ahhh. I just let YOU know it's on sale because the Rivers Ave store has a sign up with the sale price. $9.99 regular and $3.99 on sale. You'd probably sell more if your signs were up. Not too bad. Asked for water soluable pencils, they said they didn't have...they did. But out of stock on a lot of paint. Happens every year at this time. Great deals on Christmas stuff. Bags were only $1.36. Ready for next year! On hands wrong again:("

"Great store for art supplies, jewelry findings, low priced decorative and seasonal items, frames and excellent framing services. Great coupons offering 20-50%. 4 stars because they no longer carry the wonderful selection of well-priced stickers. They now have a small selection of very high priced stickers that don't meet my needs. So disappointing. I now get them at Hobby Lobby or on line."
