"The worst experience I've had with a delivery, bigger companies should really avoid having their business linked to this company. I almost cancelled my whole order. They were delivering some large items from IKEA. We live in a military base and I made sure several times in writing and on the phone it was being delivered on base they said they were aware. Day of the call and say they aren't allowed on base sorry someone will be in contact. Nobody reached out. Took a day of me calling over and over to finally get somebody who told me nothing had been reported back. She said they were booked until next week but she'd schedule it with a special team that can for sure get on base. Next week comes and the exact same thing happens but this time it's after the office closes. So we have to take our tiny car and stuff it on the side of the road off base and very uncomfortably drive home . The only thing the lady in the office did was write at the bottom, ON BASE, and left it at that. They were supposed to take everything upstairs and unbox and take it away, which wasn't done. My husband recently had surgery so he can't lift anything so I'm stuck dragging it up the stairs on my own. Such a bad company with zero customer service. The company that assigns the orders to them is not much better."

"One of the very worst delivery companies. They will only deliver to you when they have other deliveries to make in your area and then on their schedule, not yours. They could not unload my delivery as they did not have the correct equipment on the truck and had to unpack and lay everything on the garage floor, scratching one panel. The driver left without giving me a copy of the delivery ticket. When I called the supervisor, Brandt, he said they would not bring a ticket back or email one and then hung up on me. They deserve zero stars, not one."

"Received a phone call today from on-time delivery lady says she dialed the wrong number. I called back because I’ve been waiting on refrigerator for the last 30 days she said my refrigerator order was canceled because they tried to contact me five times with no answer and they left a voicemail I have no voicemail on my telephone and they have not tried to contact me so now I’m without a refrigerator again because they decided to send it back to the manufacture. Poor customer service on this company no one is holding responsibility for not contacting me and telling a bunch of lies. If I had the opportunity to use someone else I would. And not only that the first thing the delivered the refrigerator was damaged look like someone had kicked it. And he had the nerve to ask me did I still want it. Wow"

"They scheduled my delivery for a Monday. Called on Monday at 2pm and said their truck broke down. Rescheduled for Wednesday, and never showed up. I have now taken 2 days vacation and they will try to deliver on the following Monday. I’m not holding my breath, but I guess I will burn up another vacation day. If you can avoid using On Time Delivery, avoid it. No customer service, they didn’t even try to come up with a solution."

"Wretched, incompetent 'service'. Purchased a washer from Home Depot. "On Time" missed two consecutive delivery times when I was home, even after calling me and telling me they were 30 minutes away. They are extremely difficult to contact, your calls go directly to voice mail and are returned days late. "On Time" told me they could deliver the washer to the store and I could pick it up myself, which the manager of Home Depot told me was false. Two weeks later I still do not have the dishwasher I purchased and my only delivery date is a week out. I will NEVER deal with this company again and I am shocked Home Depot dares advertise 'home delivery' when it is anything but. Buyer beware."
