"My local store was never contacted about my online order, so I did not receive my delivery when the text messages stated I would. . I had to call my local store myself to find out they knew nothing about a delivery for me and they told me that my furniture was located in a completely different state. Also, I was told at the local store that they would have to find similar items to the items I already made my first purchase on. This is so disappointing. There’s no communication between what happens with the online process and the local store process."

"I paid cash a few months ago. Didn't have bed bugs saw one or two killed them thought the problem was resolved. I specifically asked if the furniture had them because I didn't.!!!!! So now they have multiplied. It's worst I have bought and tried everything. Now WIll is telling me he can't do anything but send me some spray that they use. Gtfoh. I lost a babysitting job just now because she called her grandmother saying something was biting her. Wltx on my side is next."

"When I first got my furniture, I was not pleased with the entertainment center/TV stand. The manager and store took over six months before they were able to give me a different one because they messed up the first one. When they set it up they screwed the drawer screws too far, and they were sticking out the side where it was very noticeable, and the doors were completely, uneven! The couch was much smaller than anticipated, but very comfortable I would say. Love the TV!!"

I completed all the paper work online, made my first payment, got confirmation on my payment, and received a notice saying my store would call me or I could call the store. I did and and Willie told me he had not received the notice in his computer and he would call me when he did. I have not heard from him yet, but I feel sure I will ."
