"The lady I always see here is very pleasant, however that is not the case with every employee I’ve met in O’Neill’s Spirits. I’ve come in there multiple times and noticed that the price on my receipt is different than the price advertised on their shelves. It’s usually a $0.35-$0.65 difference per item. I finally noticed that the “Cash Price” is what’s advertised on the price tags they have. When you use a card, they charge you at least the price they pay to process your card, which is fair but is uncompetitive and has completely turned me off of using their business unless it’s already too late to drive anywhere else before they close. (7PM for liquor stores in SC) I think it would greatly benefit them to at least have an obvious sign stating the price difference for using a card, or just making everyone pay the same price. It would likely increase repeat business. A boost in customer service would be a great idea too, but that’s not as simple and takes a lot of time and money to accomplish (higher employee pay for more skill, training, etc.) Other than these points, their selection of liquor is pretty good, especially if you like mini bottles. It’s also a bonus that their store is clean and tidy."

"One of the better liquor stores in Mount Pleasant. Joanna is super friendly and can help you with any questions you may have. Convenient location right next to Harris Teeter in Belle Hall. Bourbon selection is fantastic and the prices are more than fair. Definitely recommended and always nice to support local CHS businesses."

"Owners have changed and they cut a lot of the local brands I used to buy. Will try them again in case they've changed back."
