"I have given this place many opportunities to purchase goods and have received the same no greeting cold attitude. Just left a few minutes ago. No greeting again. Customer service is horrible and the ladies are rude. Will never return. I will take my money to party city. It’s ridiculous. Do better or go work with animals."

"I’ve given this store 3 chances before leaving a review. Each time I hoped for a better customer experience. The ladies working the desk are rude and honestly somewhat condescending. Prices are steep as well. While the convenient location is a plus, the customer service very much needs improved."

"Pretty steep prices comparatively but the selection is far greater than anywhere else. I went with my 2 kids (8 & 10) and I couldn't help but notice there were a couple employees that were following us around the store and trying to pretend they weren't watching us. I spent about $70 but the lady ringing me up was obviously still suspicious about me and when I caught her staring into my purse (which I intentionally placed on the counter and opened all the way to dissuade her suspicion about me) she tried to pretend that she just admired my style. As much as I liked some of the items that only they carry, I don't think I will return. Im guessing if you have more of a Mom look than I do, you'll likely have a good experience here. That just wasn't the case for me."

"I cannot believe that I just found this place!! This small store is crammed FULL of cool party favors, decor of all themes, toys, and balloons! This is a super convenient location in Mt. P and has SO many cool things to offer. The prices are decent too, always a plus! Very friendly and helpful service!"
