"We wanted local apples... MacGregor Orchard is a local as it gets. Walk into the apple stand and you walk into a great memorable experence. So many mouth watering choices. The guys there . .I think father and son.... know apples inside and out. As we all know . Nothing costs as little as it did in the 50's... but the cost is commensurate with the quality."

"Today, my 4 kiddos and I took a day trip to visit this orchard and we were so impressed! We received such a warm welcome from every person working. That kind of friendliness and customer service is hard to come by these days. We appreciated that. The orchard itself was medium sized & manageable to walk with older (ages 9-16) children who didn’t complain once. The scenery and fall colors were absolutely beautiful too. We were invited to pick peaches during the season and can’t wait to do that during the warmer months. If you’re thinking about going, give them a shot. You’ll love the small intimate orchard feel, you’re apples will taste absolutely fantastic, and the people will impress you!"

"We visited this orchard for the first time this year. They had all the late season apple varieties I was hoping to find for eating, baking and preserving. They also had lots of beautiful pumpkin varieties. It was a lovely view from the top of the orchard and not an overly long hike to get to the furthest orchard rows. Everyone there was very friendly. We will definitely return."

"We stopped by during our anniversary trip back on 9/16/23. For those inquiring, at that time, it was not a u-pick however they have a nice stand right in front of their orchard. They had a nice selection of apples, peaches, pears, various produce (I've never seen a purple bell pepper before!), beef, apple cider, figs, eggs, jellies and misc were available at the stand. You can buy in various amounts (1/2 peck, peck, bushel). The owner was there and everyone was super nice. Def make sure to stop by!"
