"A trip to Poinsett Produce was another stop on the way from Sky Top. They had peaches, jams, jellies, pickled peaches, pickled eggs and pickled cucumbers. Many fresh veggies are still available, bananas, apples, squash, pie pumpkins and ones for decorating. Fresh boiled peanuts, onions, purple hull peas, purple cabbage, heirloom tomatoes, Cherokee black tomatoes, and fresh pork rinds, hot and plain ones.
