"Don't go to the minute clinic. You've been warned. They are unhelpful and the antithesis of what a doctor should be. However... their pharmacy is the best cvs pharmacy I've ever been to. Hands down. Fantastic, empathetic, helpful."
"Staff is always friendly. Sure sometimes they make a mistake as far as ordering but that’s any where you go these days. Give them a smile, say thank you, a share some of your happiness because they have problems like all of us."
"You set an appointment, they want you to be 25 minutes early so they can see you 30 minutes later. Ohhh but they send you a request for payment Hrs before your visit."
"Hours apparently aren't posted correctly. I went to pick up RX. Pharmacy closed at 6:00 when the website says they close at 9:00. I tried to get in the CVS store and the hours are posted that they close at 10:00 and the doors were locked. As I was leaving a CVS employee unlocked the door and comes out looks at me then looks around and goes back in the store. That's a bad way of doing business."
"The pharmacy is always extremely busy. Today I went for a scheduled vaccine and was treated very rudely by a pharmacy staff member. She wouldn’t take my name. Told me to sit down. Did not say where. I told her she looked and acted stressed. She said she was sorry. She came over five minutes later and asked my name. I told her that was what I attempted to tell her when she cut me off. The people at the pharmacy always seem stressed. Perhaps they are under staffed. The technician who provided my vaccine was very friendly and professional."
