"Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. First of all, expect a $300+ electric bill on top of the over priced rent in the summer. There’s been multiple times I’ve had my AC not work and maintenance shows up 3+ days later. I’ve had to physically go into the office to get someone to fix my AC (that’s if anyone is in the office to begin with). Their “renovations” are just a paint job on top of poorly constructed/old units. Their office hours are selective, meaning the hours you see online aren’t true. Sometimes there’s people at the office, sometimes there isn’t. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Also, expect your rent to go up by $200 every year. This place is a joke."

Her exceptional customer service and dedication made a significant difference. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained, with great amenities. I highly recommend The Cooper for its outstanding staff and comfortable living environment."

"I have lived at the Cooper (old Harbor Pointe) for almost six years. In that time I have seen multiple property managers, some good, some not so good. Kristin Martrano is by far the best! She is always helpful, and gets stuff done in a timely manner. Ever since she has been back all my lease and maintenance issues have been addressed quickly!... and done correctly. Such a big difference than in the past. The Cooper and staff are really doing a great job now! Thank you!!!"

"this is the gym you get for 2000$ rent. terrible management. Kristin is the worst. she is nice to tour you guys but once you sign up she is never there to help. never. during the summer time pool was closed almost every other day. update: lie. this is not current gym “renovation” issue. this been going for years."

"Kristin in the office is nothing but helpful and kind. She has made living in the Cooper a great experience… she was missed while the new staff was here!! She has been awesome. Larry, Dan and matt are the best maintenance men… always willing to help and be there when you need them. Larry and Dan Especially have gone above and beyond. The staff is filled with good people. My time at the Cooper has been very pleasant!"
