"I put a$200 hold fee on an apartment but decided to take a better option. Requested my money back, which was to take 30 days to return and going on three months and I haven't received it back yet. When I called the office Mr.Jason is so rude about it, saying he doesn't know how long it would be because there's no corporate manager or corporate number is personal. So before renting from these people just know your pretty much on your own and whatever the landlord says goes there's no way around it!!! On another note, the rudeness I've experienced from the staff is over the top.I want allow to view the apartment because I receive voucher assistance.I was told by Ms.Marcy if I want it ,I'll put the money down if not keep it moving she's not showing me anything. I'm glad God had a better plan for me tho. To West yard loft staff: Get it together this makes no sense to treat people this way!!!!"

"Worst apartment that I ever lived. Staff is very unprofessional and when the office is closed the place is wild and open to anything. I would not recommend living there.The building is not clean at all."

"When is the office ever open? I have come on three separate days and times and it's literally always closed. I'm trying to get an apartment but I prefer to do the application face to face so any questions I have I can ask. This is an extreme inconvenience and the number listed does not work. I really wanna know how people are supposed to get in contact with someone."
