"1.Management is HORRIBLE, NO CONSIDERATION for what is going on in your apartment NONE WHAT SO EVER, but quick to give a smart answer about what is going on OR THE "RULES", and the few times you catch someone in the office its a NEW FACE..NOBODY STAYS!!! 2.Maintenence is THE WORST..there is NEVER A MAINTENANCE person AVAILABLE..EVER..either the person quit, got fired, is sick, always an excuse!!! Like they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!"

"Lived here for about 5 years and I love it. Quiet and safe area. The staff has always been helpful and friendly! Management always handles any of my concerns or issues promptly. We have a nice three bedroom that we pay almost nothing for. The complex is always offering group trips for ppl without transportation and there is also a food pantry on site with fresh fruits and veggies."

"Seriously no one is EVER in the office, they don't pick up the phone and every time I've gone up there to see exactly what was up they were out to lunch at 11:30-12:30 so when I went BACK a second time to see if they were they're, they weren't and when I called at 1:15 they were still at lunch.. How do you expect people to be interested in your apartment complex and gather information from you when you are NEVER THERE. that's horrible customer service."

"ABSOLUTELY WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! I came in yesterday they had No consideration for my feelings or my situation. Told the manager that I was basically homeless and I needed a place to live and I have all the money to hold an apt. she told me she had a one bedroom available in that if I came back with my money orders and my social and my drivers license that I could hold the apartment I came back 30 minutes later and she didn't even have the audacity to call me and at least tell me she leased it out to someone else who came after me so not only does she waste my time but I had to wait 24 hours just to cash my money order I made for the apartment that I needed so now I have to look elsewhere after the whole fact she wasted my time and I could have been just looking for somewhere else to go she was giving me the runaround and this isn't the first time I have came here to that apartment complex and she is giving me the runaround so definitely the worst management ever I don't recommend this place to no one because of my experience I have been trying to get a place here since January and its the same BS that she puts me through every single time"
