"Very wonderful people! If you walked in and saw me and Laura ( manager) you would think we were friends. Truly beautiful people, and very welcoming. Laura is very helpful, any problem that I had which weren’t many, she handled very fast. Very much appreciated!!"

"Feels like I just got scammed. We applied to this apartment because we really were looking for a place like this, but unfortunately it was just a huge waste of time and money. We were rejected, but that is not the thing I am going to complain about. There are some things that I would like to share about my experience: 1) We spent about a week of our lives (Their replies were really slow despite their promises “we will answer today”) 2) They have really tough income requirements for Self-Employed people, but even that is understandable, because it's their choice. However what really made me mad is the fact that we've spent 350$ for nothing and surprisingly we can't get any of it back: -200$ administration fee -75$ per each applicant/possible tenant even though you are applying for 1 apartment For anyone looking to apply, please, be careful with the management, they will not be cooperative or helpful in the case of a rejection."

"The perfect office staff. I would give them 10 stars! They went above and beyond to accommodate my move in timeline and anything that came after. Maintenance shows up same day and is very kind! Literally feels like I'm calling on family if I have an issue! (They are not creepy) only things I miss from my old complex is the fountains in reservoir. I would highly recommend!"

"I am quite surprised. Tara and Laura are absolutely amazing people. When I visited the first time both of the ladies were more than welcoming. Every time I stop by, they answer any questions I have. Any issues I have with my apartment are fixed same day! When I see the ladies around, they make sure to say hello and ask me how everything is. The apartment itself was in amazing condition. Well taken care of and maintained. The welcome gift was not super expensive, but the small gesture showed how much the community cares about us as residents. The community functions are always a blast and I love going and being able to talk to my neighbors. I don't have any complaints and I doubt I ever will. Great community, great complex, and a great place to stay. Thank you!"

"I have been a resident of the Arden for over 3 years. The apartments themselves are beautiful with great floor plans and features. What really makes the Arden a great place to live is the sense of community that has been created by Laura, Tara, Pete, and Melvin. Laura and Tara are super responsive, friendly, and my pup literally drags us in the office almost daily to visit them because he gets so excited and wants to go to the Bark Bar. They also organize community events monthly and it’s always a fun time. Mr. Pete is a big hit with all the pups too and he has done a great job whenever anything needs fixing. Pete and Melvin are always patrolling making sure the grounds stay clean. I appreciate the fact that they keep up with people not picking up after their dogs as well. The dog park is a big hit too and we love the grass and shade that was recently added. Anyway no complaints here! We love it!"
