"I do not recommend this apartment complex. To start, these apartments are very nice on the inside and outside, but don’t let that fool you. If you want to be scared for your life to go outside at night then this is the place for you. I have witnessed so much crime in this complex, from shootings, to car break ins, to stolen cars, and lastly having multiple criminals living in this very complex. One evening I came home to 7 or 8 cops surrounding the parking lot in front of my apartment door while they had a resident pinned to the ground pointing guns at him. To add, the complex does not keep their residents up to date on the crime that happens. The things I have listed are only things I have seen for myself just at the front of the complex in the 1000s building, so there is no telling how much goes on that we don’t know about. I had to ask the complex about the gun shots I heard right outside my window at 10pm one night and still was not given a direct answer about what went on that night. I do not feel safe here and genuinely fear for my life when having to walk to my car in the dark every morning for work at 5am or when I come back late at night. It would be different if management took actions to make their residents feel safe, but they don’t. They simply ignore all of the issues, I do not recommend this complex whatsoever ."

"I've been here for a year now and absolutely love it. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenance personnel are always friendly and responsive. It's also great for anyone with a commute being just off the highway, but tucked away enough that you don't feel as if you're still in the city."
