The housing is extremely clean and the furnishing are up to date. The housing came equipped with everything that you need! Just need to bring cloths and food! The unit we rented at Belle Hall was very clean and conveniently located, a perfect base station while spending two months looking for our permanent residence in Charleston. Kasey was quick to respond to any maintenance issues, and went above and beyond to accommodate our short term leasing needs. With a 1 year old in tow, this was a much better alternative for us then spending two months crunched up in a much more expensive hotel. "We so enjoyed staying at Carrington Court in Westcott Plantation. My husband, our toddler, and 3 cats recently relocated from Seattle, WA for Boeing and this house was a fantastic alternative to a tiny hotel room while we waited for our home to be built. We enjoyed the BBQ, screened in porch, and fully fenced back yard! No baby gate purchase required, as the house was a spacious one story! Great neighborhood, wonderful neighbors and close to everything including beaches, shopping and parks. My husband was able to ride his bike to Boeing. Loved the washer and dryer in the kitchen too! Kasey with Corporate Rentals of Greater Charleston, and his family, went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home in an unfamiliar area. Highly recommend!"
