"Absolutely love living at Alta Shores! First off, the office staff are all friendly and super helpful! The maintenance team is awesome as well, never had to wait long after putting in a ticket for them to come fix whatever issue arises. Lastly, it's a nice, quiet neighborhood."

"Hello I know reviews are important especially if you are looking for a place to live. As a community this is a great place to live. It is very convenient to get anywhere from this location. If you have a problem with anything in your apartment Maintenance will fix the issue very fast. The light bill is also very low in this complex. Compared to other apartments in the low country Alta Shores do offer very spacious apartments for fraction of the price. Holly is the apartment manager and she will always greet you with a smile and help you with whatever you may need even if it’s not containing to your apartment. She also does a great job letting everyone knows what’s going on and has improved the community a lot. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I hate the parking situation, but other than that everything was great. I lived there for 4 years and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a home felt apartment."

"I've been living here for about 2 years now and I love it. The location is great, it's still close to everything yet hidden away enough to be more secluded from the main traffic. The apartment complex is pretty safe, management and maintenance do a great job. They usually communicate really well if we have any issues. The amenities are great, there's plenty of family's living here so it's not a dead quiet complex which I prefer. Parking isn't really an issue for me or my roommate. For the price range and safety...not having to worry about your amazon packages being stolen or anything like that? The apartment itself is very spacious, kitchen is huge in comparison to other apartments I've lived in, has a dining room area, closets are spacious etc. If you're thinking of renting somewhere, I would recommend checking Alta Shores out."
