"I have lived here for about 5 months. It is a super quiet and peaceful place. The grounds are kept clean and the maintenance team is very good and quick to respond to any issues you may have. Recently I had an issue at my unit that was somewhat serious with my hvac unit. Amber the manager of the property, went above and beyond to help me, and has been very communicative with me about everything. I am so impressed and satisfied. Nowadays good customer service is sometimes hard to come by especially when you deal with renting etc. However, the Azure team and Amber have been nothing but a breath of fresh air and a reminder that people do care. I highly recommend this community."

"Lived here for 2 years! I loved our apartment, the community and the office staff!! On the rare occasion we needed maintenance they were always prompt and friendly! This is probably one of the best apartments in Charleston! I would move back here if I could! Thank you for a great 2 years!!"

"This Apartment Complex it’s the worst I ever live. Overflow garage on the hallways , pet waste everywhere, The pool isnt even maintained properly and always close, Amenities have fire ants everywhere, elevators are no properly clean and never work, Tenants have pool parties after hours police most of the time has to get involved no mention it’s always police presence . Management don’t seems to care . Property Management has to do better for the Tenants this place it’s no maintenance property."
