"Everything was great at first till we headed to are room. We were put on the 2nd floor where they were doing work in rooms, swiching furniture and were trapped between furniture on and off the elevator with no access to even get to a stairway. Then the room next to us they were drilling or doing some kind of work till 6-7pm couldn't get any rest or even hear each other speak over it as the bed is right up against that wall. Got barely any sleep and had to go into work at 10pm that night. Then when I return back to the hotel at 8am and explained the situation it was gravely dismissed. Asked for a late check out before hitting the road as I could not get any sleep do to whatever they were doing in that room and was denied and extention. Very disapointed! I manage properties and hotels and this was absolutely unexceptional!"

"I have always came here when I come in town and never got a complaint but this stay is different. My son wasn’t feeling well and was crying he is 2 the staff stated that one more complaint I will be asked to leave. I can’t help that my 2 year old was crying and I pay good money to stay here as well. Why didn’t yall move me or them staff started getting smart with me. We’ll not be staying here anymore though. My advise if you have small children and you have old people next to you this is not the hotel for you."

"I'm guessing due to customers swiping pillows they were lumpy. They did not have extra blankets in room beds weren't too comfortable. Hot water was nice in bathroom. Breakfast was nice and servers were very friendly."

"We reserved an ADA room. The clerk asked, "Do you need a ADA room?" Based off appearance of one person she basically wanted to change our room. No was my answer and for a minute I thought I would have to remind her about (HIPAA) and The Privacy Rule. She left the strong suggestion to change rooms alone. The shower was not draining. Front desk had maintenance come by. Whomever came left the toilet seat up which made me think that he had used the toilet. We did not appreciate that at all. Breakfast was ok. Very nice and friendly breakfast staff. First floor hallway needs repair. (See pics). Appearance is important. We were not impressed and will not return to this location."

"There were a lot of people- mainly adults- partying around the pool area and general property. Kids didn’t want to use the pool because of people drinking and smoking and blasting music. The elevator area was dirty (including dead roaches which remained for the entire stay) there was mold in the room by the windows where the air conditioner left a pool on the floor, in the bathroom and the vents were full of mildew. Other than that. It was an inexpensive stay in a decent location and the free breakfast was top notch."
