Cambria Hotel Summerville - Charleston

"Check your room especially sheets upon entering room. Yvonnice - front desk seems doesnt know what she's doing and will let you sleep in dirty sheets. Went there last week. We were greeted good by the front desk when we arrived. After checking in, i guess staff changed. After taking out our stuff, we hoped to relax a bit but my wife saw something in the sheets. I called front desk(this is different from the one who checked us in) to ask for our sheets to be changed but she said housekeepers are gone and the next availability is the following day. So i asked if would they let us sleep with dirty sheets. She seemed to don't care at all. I asked if do i need to take a picture she said i can if i want to. The treatment i got disappointed us and decided to move(since front desk wouldn't offer us to go to another room). I went down and asked to be checked out. Front desk is fine with it but when i asked if my money would be returned she said not everything because we stayed. We were there only for an hour. I escalated it to the manager. She approved our refund 100% buy asked me if we would want to go to another room but since i weren't treated good by the front desk i just wanna go. By the way the front desk employee is Yvonnice. I give 2 stars for the manager but overall the experience was bad because of the front desk Yvonnice"

"The hotel was nice overall. The room was spacious and well decorated. Staff was friendly. The only negative was the bed. It was probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on. Even though the hotel was nice, we would not stay here again because we found the bed so uncomfortable."

"Originally we were staying at another hotel and did not feel comfortable staying there. We were very lucky when we found Cambria Walking in felt like a breath of fresh air. From the new and very clean rooms to the incredible service from the staff. Cambria truly made our stay wonderful"

"Had zero issues during our overnight stay. Rooms were clean, lobby has a trendy atmosphere, good location off the interstate, away from traffic but still in good proximity to major chain restaurants. The pillows were nice - 4 per queen bed. I always travel with my own pillow because I don't trust hotel pillows, but would have had no trouble sleeping had I forgot my own. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. Would absolutely return. I did not have any interaction with any staff (my associate checked us in) and my room key would not work on the stairwell exit door. Luckily, there was a door about 10 ft away that did work with my room key, so we simply carried on about our business without making a complaint."

"amazing hotel, worth it for what i paid. breakfast is requested the night before so be aware of that. felt very high end and fancy which was nice. rooms were fantastic and bathrooms clean. small bar in the lobby was a nice touch. definitely worth staying at if you’re considering options in this area. outdoor pool is quite relaxing as well. no hot tub :/"
