"I lived there from '99 to '10. Loved my townhouse. Maintenance was great & Elaine( originally) was a sweetheart!! Rent has gone way up as I was yold bc of Boeing. That isn't fair as my rent was ALWAYS paid on time & in full! In the 10 years I lived there I never had a problem with management or neighbors!! Quiet & peaceful. I truly enjoyed it!!"

"I’d have to say this is probably the best place I’ve ever stayed at by far. Maintenance is easy to talk to, neighbors are friendly & quiet, housing management are sweet & understandable. It’s affordable & if reviews saw otherwise, it’s out of spite I believe. It’s not modern but it’s a home. It’s upsetting to leave but I’d definitely recommend staying here. 5 days leniency for rent, water, postal & trash included, 5 minutes from joint base Charleston, Valero, etc; Thank you for having us and we wish you all the best."

"We are currently living here, but will be moving shortly due to orders. BUT, I have to say out of all the places I’ve rented before, this is definitely a top 1, easily. The rent is affordable, the place has an old feeling to it, but well maintained and from my experience, GREAT NEIGHBORS. Paula, Joyce & the amazing maintenance team have always been a joy to talk to and easy to bring problems up to. This place is definitely worth the money. Plus, neighbors across the streets always seem to be providing free firework shows lol. Definitely sad to go, but will always recommend 100%! Thank you all for welcoming us and giving us a great experience."

"This place has been amazing since me and my husband moved in January 2017. Joyce at the housing office is the absolute sweetest. The apartments are older, but the main kudos to this little hidden village is their maintenance guys. Any and every time we have a problem, they’re always there almost immediately to fix whatever it is, and when they can’t take care of it immediately they do whatever they can until then. Our AC went out once, and they brought us a temporary unit to put in our bedroom until they could come back the next day to take care of it. Our roof fell in during the storm we had a few years ago, and they were here the same day to fix the hole and the leaks. They’ve always worked with us on our rent on the few times we’ve had issues, since we’re military and the gov shutdowns had us in a bad spot at least once or twice. All in all, if you want somewhere that’s not overpriced and has good people running it, definitely give it a chance."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is a joke. We have called them to fix the leaking kitchen sink, the water spot in the laundry room, the garbage disposal that doesn't work and the ant problem. We have called them 11 times and they have yet to send somebody out here to fix anything even though they say they will. Instead of taking my word for it you can let the pictures do the talking for me. Also if you still don't believe me drive around see if you notice how many people have window ac units. When apartments have central heat and air and you have to resort to buying window units that means that the central air is not putting out like it should and nobody is fixing them. When I walk my dog at night my neighbor's central air sounds like somebody is opening the gates of hell and demons are trying to break free when it cuts on. A central air unit is not supposed to sound like that. Finally because of the rot we have an ant problem. I like to sit on the living room floor and read but I can't because of all the fire ants in the carpet. When comcast was installing our security system I had 8 fire ants on one foot at one time. Also the gutter has weeds in it because nobody has cleaned it ever. Since you have moist dirt in it it is breading water bugs. Every night I see them around my front door because of the gutter. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE."
