"They tell you that they will have inspection one day than they will try to pop up on you which is very un accepted because people want their privacy. Nosey neighbors out here. You have no privacy. Maintenance man walks in your house at any given time you can be walking around naked for Gods sake. Hate it don’t move here. Going to talk to cooperate about this situation if they don’t do anything going to go to court . Little girl was raped behind the apartment building last week. Horrible"

"I had lived there for about 6-7 years. During my stay we were without a landlord and maintance guy for about a year. I had 2 nasty people who had German Roaches. After they left I was then inffested with those nasty thing I lost Everything. I called corperate many times and they did nothing. My apt was always clean and i passed inspection. After fighting with them about the infestion I had threated to withhold rent. They stated I cant but I knew I can because I am allergic to them and it is a safey hazard. Then they refused to fixed my A/C unit. They stated there was nothing wrong with it. After I told them what the Problem was. (my heater core went out) I also had to fix the unit myself many times, including buying air filters which I had to install. I am also highly allergic to dust and mold as well. I am mechnanicly inclined and know how to fix stuff. The appartments are so out dated it is unreal. I was so discusted with that place. Also between questionable people that lived there I was in fear for my safety. Not all, i also had my car vandalised multiple times."
