The Livano North Charleston

"We visited the area last year to tour different apartments and the Livano was by far the best complex. We were greeted warmly- Brandhi did an amazing job giving us a tour and answering all the questions, as well as Tai who have both made the move in process seamless and easy. After living here for almost a year, I can confidently say the staff here is very attentive, communicative, and friendly! It’s a new complex and the amenities are great. Very quiet and insulated so I don’t hear my neighbors at all. The maintenance staff is great and responsive. The only recommendation I have is to implement individual package lockers instead of the Luxer package room because it takes a while to find our own packages in a room full of them. Overall I’ve loved living here and would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!"

"I will never live in a place like this. The mail room is absolutely horrific. As a Amazon driver I despise having to drop packages off here. The front desk people are never any help, if you want your package delivered to your door oh well, the app take us to the mail room and it's always trashed. For an apartment complex that looks this "nice" I would expect y'all the have a hub of some sort not a broom closet with loads of packages inside. Stop being cheap and invest in a better situation for your tenants!!!!!!!!"

"We moved here from Columbia,SC . The Livano was our last tour of the day and we were amazed just by the tour. They have wonderful amenities, office staff is amazing!! Our leasing agent Brandhi was the absolute best and there to help every step of the way. Feels good to move into a place with little to no issues. Thank you"

"My partner and I had to pay $4000 in upfront costs before we even moved in, which is absolutely insane. The rent is ridiculously high for a 1 bedroom apartment (they lie to you and say its $1450, but after all of there mandatory additional fees, your REAL rent floats around $1600). I was misled about having ethernet access in the living room. After moving in and discovering that it wasn't actually connected, I was informed that it would be my responsibility to schedule and pay for the wiring in a place that I don't even own. EDIT: I want to make an adjustment to this review, particularly regarding the inspections. Yes, it is frustrating, BUT after posting my original review, the front office did begin putting out day-by-day schedules for inspections, which I hope and expect to continue going forward. For being willing to make this adjustment to their procedure, I've bumped them up a few stars."

"It’s almost been a year and I can definitely say living at The Livano North Charleston has been a joy! The office team is amazing and a true joy, and they remember your name! Mr. Tom in maintenance is the best and literally fixes everything with ease. He’s always been friendly and ready to turn any issues into a Livano Win, a true gem in our community! This is the 1st community I lived at in Charleston that had real maintenance personnel with real experience and doesn’t complain. The team here supports everyone in the community and they have a dedicated team that’s designated to help those in the community who have fallen on hard times. Usually new developments have tons of issues and make you want to leave, but not here. The team here is a click a way for any support needed and always make you feel welcomed. It’s nothing like waking up in peace and seeing a clean community with an amazing team and a well manicured community. Great Job Team and I look forward to another year!
