"My husband and I have been here for three years and absolutely love it! Maria, Alexis, and Philip always make sure we are taken care of and Maintance is always on top of everything. The apartments are not cheaply made. They are nice quality apartments. The amenities are top notch and always clean. Every time we go in the office the staff is always happy to see us. I can’t say enough good about this high quality property. We truly love this community and you will too!"

"My lease is up soon and I unfortunately will not be renewing. Rent has raised almost 200$ since we signed. Trash is a major issue. They only have one dumpster for the entire apartment complex, and then charge us a trash fee when it starts to file up outside of the dumpster. Maintenance started out amazing, but has gone downhill. The original team is gone, and now unfortunately they only have one person hired who understandably cannot keep up with all the requests. Our fire detectors broke and we’re not operating, and it took almost 3 months for them to finally get fixed and reinstalled."

"This place is overly priced. They only have one maintenance guy who can’t even keep up with the property by himself. The animal disposal bens outside all over the property are all full with Feces to the top and they only have one trash compactor that’s always full and trash everywhere.It’s full every other day just like pics shown. This place is going downhill very fast. We have a 3 bd room and looking to break our lease very soon."

It's a destination in North Charleston, SC and a launching pad, rich with opportunities for neighbors to positively connect with each other and the community. The Onsite Staff genuinely care for the community and are committed to making Crescent Pointe one of the best places to live for everyone!!! My wife and I love meeting and growing together with our neighbors throughout the week and @ monthly planned community events!!! It's proximity to Charleston International Airport and highways make mobility easy and provide a gateway to explore all there is to experience in any direction you want to GO!!! P.S.
