"Absolutely the worst place to live. They lie way too much. Only move here if you're desperate. Maintenance is very shady they record your apartment. Management needs training & needs to be consistent. I've caught them in a few lies. The 2 assistants are friendly. Do not trust anybody in that office. Get it in writing cause they will be quick to say you lied about anything."

"I have often road by these apartments and wondered what it would be like to live in one now my curiosity has been fulfilled it is the best move I could have ever made I truly love my apartment I was so happy when I got approved and after staying in it for a few months I am very very satisfied. I could not have made a better move. The staff is very friendly and concerned, they also tries to accommodate each and every one of us the best way they can, even the maintenance staff is very friendly. I'm truly grateful for that thank you for the opportunity of allowing me to live in this residential community and for taking your time to see that I am as well as all is secure safe and comfortable!!!!!"

"The management team needs to be fired! Since I have lived here I have NEVER been able to get them on the phone! So let this be a clear WARNING TO ALL FUTURE RESIDENTS!!! The actual apartment are decent. And it is nice for the price. It's just getting things fixed or trying to get in touch with the leasing office you are pretty much on your own."

"This apartment complex refuses to answer or respond to calls. They will not help you when you need it. Water seeps through the floors when it rains. I had an urgent package delivered and they never told me. Finally after complaining to the sending company I discovered it was delivered 3 days prior, but the office failed to tell me. Of course I work the hours they do, so it is impossible to get any packages from them as they will not put them in your apartment or mailbox even when it is your debit card and cannot buy food without it. The management sucks, the apartments are horrible, the area is in the middle of the ghetto, there is always loud music, the neighbors are loud and cuss a lot. The front office people are completely rude and disrespectful. I would not live here again if they paid me to."
