She consistently goes above and beyond for her residents, and works hard to deliver an amazing place to live. The amenities are great, they feature a pool and playground area. The fireplaces are a nice touch in the unit, makes it feel so cozy!"

"This place has been an overall blessing with happy memories. I wish there was a baby swing & benches at the playground as developments for the future - then a clean dog park. I used to look after some boys here as a nanny & they adored being there. A few things that happened were really upsetting, but I was definitely feeling helped & supported by KC & D. Forever grateful"

"When I first moved in to martins creek apartments , the staff in the front office was terrible it took me a month to look at an apartment when I already had paid my deposit . That was very unprofessional. A couple months later I met the new staff which is Mrs. K.C and Deserae. To know them is to love them!!!!!. They are both wonderful and understanding. They did a tremendous turn around for the neighborhood and the community. This is the number one place I would recommend to people."

"KC is wayyyy better management than the last! They are very much understanding and very efficient! A couple months ago our pipe bursted and 5am and maintenance came as soon as available and fixed and cleaned everything up the same day ! Been living here for two years and never had any serious problems like that and if so for the little things they were did right away ! This neighborhood is very nice quiet we love it especially with our one year old. With KC In the office everything has been better in this community!"

"I lived here from 2019-2023. Jessica Drews was the property manager until last year. KC Stewart took over around the holidays and it has been a nightmare ever since. When placing work orders, it seems they aren’t put on rush. I had my dishwasher break 3 times with flooding all over my kitchen floor when it ran. I also came home to my toilet leaking causing all tiles in my bathroom lifting, they replaced the floor two months later after I demanded it. I had a crack in my wall next to my slider that only progressed. When I complained about it they said “it’s no big deal”. My slider door never locked the whole time living there. Just to prove how they have no respect for anyone living there. In May, there was a shootout in front of the pool area around 6 am, I knew about it because I was at the bus stop with my daughter. However, I didn’t receive an email from management until 72 hours later and the exact words were said “it can happen anywhere”. I may be wrong, but I’m not sure how that’s comforting in any way when I have my kids playing outside. They should’ve offered some support on the situation instead of me having to read it on the ring neighborhood app. KC has extreme poor communication, lack of professionalism, and for a better term useless. Every time I call the office I have never received a response, I emailed and never received one in return, I would always have to march down to the office. Good luck to anyone moving in here. This place is a joke. It’s a shame."
