"After moving to Villas at Nexton in July of 2023 I was nervous that it would be like every other apartment community I’ve visited/lived in but this could not be further from the truth. This community is so beautiful, the neighbors are extremely friendly and the apartments themselves are stunning and stand out from all other complex’s I’ve toured. The grounds are always neatly kept and maintained. The staff have been nothing short of amazing every time I’ve had an interaction with them. All of the amenities have been kept up with so nicely, especially the pool (my personal favorite in the Summertime). Highly recommend Villas at Nexton!!"

"The Wi-Fi comes and goes as it pleases and they force you to use white sky wifi which has to be the worst carrier known, it flood anytime it rains and, trash-man comes when he wants. There’s lots of restrictions at the pool for no apparent reason. Upon move in water smelt like a porter potty. Cabinet was hanging off soon as I opened it, handle falling off the kitchen drawer, missing a light bulb upon move in and was told we have to now buy it ourselves because they forgot to put bulb in . Made maintenance request and never received maintenance did I mention the Wi-Fi works when it wants, I don’t recommend"

"I love living at Villas!! The leasing staff has been amazing! moving from NC was a headache but Anna and erica made the process super easy sending me lots of photos and videos! the community is quiet and clean which is hard to find these day! i feel at 100% at home"
