"The new maintenance supervisor, Justin is a god-send to this community. I had a water leak above my shower and had the maintenance staff out twice as the ceiling damage worsened. They were unable to diagnose the issue. Justin came out, immediately found the problem, repaired it and had my ceiling damage repaired two days later. He is professional, knowledgeable and seems genuinely interested in bettering the community. Thank you Justin!"

"In 2 years at the Isaac, I have been very happy with a relatively trouble free tenure. However, today on a weekend, I needed off hours (Saturday) emergency maintenance help for 2 issues, one with my fire detect system and the other with my toilet plumbing. Justin was super responsive and provided excellent service in every way. He exceeded my expectations."

"Great amenities and nice interiors. Staff is amazing! They are friendly and care about their residents. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable experience, because who likes living in an apartment... right? The staff makes it not only bearable, but as I said, pleasurable. Location is convenient with restaurants and major thoroughfares a mere minutes away. Highly recommend!!"

"Sadly i was not able to give Zero stars. It is my opinion that you should avoid these apartments, there is an abundance of apartments in the local area to choose from. I would strongly advise that you shop around first. My entire experience at these apartments was horrendous. From the very first day that we walked in to collect our keys until the day we checked out and received our final invoice. when we received our keys, there was dirt, dust and filth everywhere. The bathrooms were the worst, not clean, smelly and had pubic hair all over them. The oven and cooker were rusty and could not be cleaned, the shower curtains were covered in rust and the apartment was run down and in bad repair. very very very different to sparkling show apartment that they use to lure unsuspecting people into a lease. The attitude of the on-site manager Ed, towards the tenants is disgusting. Also, please be very, very careful about your monthly billing. Every month there was an incremental increase in water and sewer costs, never a decrease only an increase which was always cited as 'usage'. The final straw when moving out was they are trying to charge us with 6 weeks of water and sewer usage when we were only in the apartment for 2 weeks."
