"Just a quick update on my previous review! Sam who is the NEW CURRENT leasing manager is absolutely amazing. She has been nothing but helpful and works insanely hard with being it just her in the office.. no matter what time of day it is if there is ever an issue sam and Melvin are here to help. For example the other night I went to the gym around 8 pm and Sam was JUST leaving because she was helping other tenants. She’s put on an amazing community pool party this summer along with a school fundraiser in the community for the kiddos that need it and donated it. I’ve been here since June and I wish there was a 2+ year term we could stay here. Sam has treated me like her daughter since I moved in which is so nice because I moved 900 miles away from my family, so it’s super nice with her being there with apartment help as well as life help. This is a small quiet community and haven’t had any issues with any residents thus far. I love it here and so happy to call BayPointe my home for the next 15 months and hopefully another 15 months after that!"

"This is a fantastic place to live. It's conveniently located within minutes of shops, parks, etc. Very peaceful and quiet location. Samantha and Melvin go above and beyond to make this place feel like a true community. I have done my share of renting and can honestly say I have never seen a team who is more on top of it than these two!"

"I am a current resident, the new leasing manager Sam has been nothing but helpful. We moved here all the way from Boston and whenever we had any questions, wanted pictures, or anything Sam was there to help within an hour of either emailing or calling. Melvin who is the property superintendent is also very helpful with whatever we needed help fixing, even on weekends when he is off he always comes to help if needed. I was a little skeptical on moving into a community because I am a ‘I need land’ type of person and not a fan of living with other people in a community but I can honestly say the residents are all awesome, the management, the apartments itself, everything is 10/10 and never thought I’d say I love living in a community… but I love it here. Pool, gym, all accessible at anytime, great for my boys, I wish they had a 5 year timespan to chose from to live here. Sam is doing an awesome job as well as Melvin."

"I love living here! We moved from another state and had no idea where to begin when looking for apartments. When I came to tour the apartments over a year ago, I was greeted warmly and instantly felt at ease. The property manager made the whole process super easy and fast! The fact that there was no hesitation about us bringing our ESA (Emotional Support Animal)was so nice - that was one of our concerns. The apartments are large and well maintained. We love sitting on our balcony that faces the woods because it feels like we are in a treehouse. The property manager is friendly and truly cares about taking care of the tenants. The maintenance man is so great! He is kind, funny, and quick! We have had very few maintenance issues as these apartments are fairly new, however, the ones we have had have been resolved promptly. The clubhouse is wonderful and the pool is kept clean. We are in our second year of living at Bay Pointe and couldn't be more pleased with our decision!"

Melvin was amazing, he would come work on a work order the next day! I don’t think we will ever find an apartment complex this amazing again, but I’m so glad we had the opportunity to live there, thank you Bay Point at Summerville!❤️"
