While the experience might have earned a 3.5 or 4 star review, the office team is what makes 42 Magnolia the best place I've rented over the years, bumping this review up to five stars. They will go out of their way to help you and are always warm, kind, and fun to run into. Koral gets a shout-out for being able to help me find a solution when I was in a complex dilemma regarding renewing my lease v moving. I am happy that, because of her help finding a solution, I am able to find the right lease length for me. They also have family-friendly community events that are truly fun to attend. If you appreciate positive and helpful staff, grown trees, high ceilings, big windows, and friendly neighbors, you will probably like it here."

"If I could give this apartment complex a negative star I would. Absolutely do not recommend this complex to anyone. Especially service members. Please take my word and DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! Please stay away. These apartments are not safe and it seems the staff doesn’t care. Last night over 50 cars had their windows bashed in. Two weeks ago my neighbor’s apartment was broken into during daylight hours!! While she was in her apartment!! The “manager” Koral is rude and off putting. A lot of growth is needed for her to be respected as a manager. The other two leasing agents are nice but overall this apartment complex is not safe and needs alot of repairs that are looked over. However the office sends rude emails to the residents reminding them that trivial things will cause fines, etc. After last nights window bashing they sent an email basically blaming residents to be more aware and park in well lit areas!!! I recommend fixing your complex first!! There are multiple broke steps and parts of the building are literally falling apart but Koral lets the residents know their flags(hung on balonies) pose a hazard and must be removed. This apartment complex needs a lot of work both externally and internally. Service members please do not move here!! I’ve already spoken to the housing office on post and I’m hoping they can put this complex on the “do not move” list!!"
