"We stayed a week for my brother's family day and bct graduation. We had a suite and it was overall clean. However the service really lacked, when we got there about 4pm on Monday the woman was rude and seemed like she didn't want to answer any questions in addition to that there is a $300 deposit on any room that no one said anything about. Then the next day the cleaning lady barged in our room while we were at breakfast, while we had the "privacy" door thing on. She took our towels and linen and when we came back up she came back in while I was in the shower and my husband had our baby and wanted in the room to clean. We tried to nicely tell her we were all good however she did not speak English. Last thing I will say is the breakfast sucked, it did not taste good what so ever and the only good thing was the cereal Everly the waffles came out like playdoh which means they are letting people use old batter. I wouldn't stay here again even tho the room was nice nothing else was really worth the money."

"i stayed here one night ,twice . a week apart. the first time i was on the 5th floor. was great, clean, no issues . second time , was in room 404 . same thing looked clean except i layed in the bed for about 10 minutes and had a line of bites on my side. would never stay again . don’t recommend. edit"

"I have a lot of respect for the hard working personnel at hotels and have never written a bad review of a hotel; however, upon checking into this room the bathroom dispensers for shampoo and soap were empty. The advertised extra blanket was missing, as was a laundry bag, and the room was near an elevator which we could hear all night. That night the front desk called us twice at 2:AM. Woke us up of course and I had a hard time going back to sleep. Somehow their reservation system got screwed up, they were trying to verify our room was empty in order to book it to somebody else! Additionally we realized that although we could hear the front desk the front desk couldn't hear us. Despite depriving us of a good night's sleep the hotel did not offer to reduce our rate for that night (we didn't ask). On both days of our stay our key cards stopped working after one use. Breakfast day 1 the juices in the juice dispenser were warm. Breakfast day 2 the juice was chilled but the waffle machine was broken. Sum total - I would definitely never stay at this hotel again."

They quickly assisted us knowing we were in a rush to check in and get back one the road. It was a nice to feel so welcomed from the start. Thank you Best Western for the stay!"

"I had a bad experience once here before but decided to give it another go. I checked in with my family about 3 weeks ago and the front desk clerk Krystal Smith made our stay worth it. She was very nice and even though I was not going to stay again she changed my views. She made making my reservation over the phone a breeze and even signed me up for a best Western reward so that we could get a discount on our stay. The restaurant she suggested was amazing and she even went out of her way to make sure our stay was a different experience this time around. My family and I had a great stay and as long as she is working we will be staying more often for our family trips."
